Partners in Mission frequently is called upon to offer advancement, enrollment management and leadership consulting services for Diocese and Archdioceses across America in the form of specially designed, focused, seminars and conferences for the schools or parishes within the Diocese or Archdiocese.  Each of our programs and services can be tailored specifically to local needs and brought to locations that are convenient for all involved.

We are also positioned to provide strategic planning services for advancement or enrollment to Diocese and Archdiocese Offices of Education as they address the critical issues that affect Catholic Education.  Our experience and relationships across America often prove helpful in discussing critical issues and discovering effective, faith-based solutions for our Catholic Schools.

Diocesan Workshops on Advancement
Partners in Mission would be pleased to bring select members of its team to host an on-site one-day, morning, or evening workshop representing a variety of mutually agreed upon themes to better educate your advancement team, board members, key staff, parent and alumni leaders, and other strategic volunteers.  Far more than a dull seminar presentation, in these workshops participants will be challenged to think creatively and strategically about their own role and how to more fully embrace an integrated system of shared responsibility for the success of your development effort. Each will leave more fully aware of the role they play; appreciative of the role others play and inspired to make a difference in advancing your institution.

Diocesan Workshops on Enrollment Management
Enrollment impacts and determines the viability of every Catholic school throughout your Diocese.  Partners in Mission, through its hands-on workshops brought to a convenient location at your Diocese or Archdiocese, engages and enlightens school leaders and volunteers in blending the art and science of enrollment management for the success of their schools.   Through this convenient and affordable approach, each of the schools has an opportunity to improve their enrollment for the short and long term.  Plus, the schools collectively establish a network of common interest and support for developing strong enrollment programs throughout your Diocese of Archdiocese.    
 
Keynote Speakers from Our Team
Frequently found presenting at major national conferences such as the NCEA or NCDC, members of the Partners in Mission team are available to serve as Keynote Speakers for major educational events, convocations, symposiums or other such gatherings designed to advance the mission and important work of Catholic education.

Religious Communities today face many of the same issues that challenge our Catholic schools.  Just as Catholic schools are successfully addressing the future through consolidation or re-shaping the past into wonderful new schools, religious communities are renewing themselves for the future.

Partners in Mission provides valuable assistance working together with religious congregations to identify key issues and developing creative, faith-based strategic plans for addressing leadership, advancement and attracting new members.

Beyond the plans, Partners in Mission is frequently called upon to provide local, specialized seminars or conferences for religious communities to help all involved come to know and understand the issues and solutions as well as to share in our common belief in the future of the Church and the critical role that religious communities will continue to play.  Of course, we are also called up to secure the resources required to sustain religious community life.  This is often done through capital or major gift campaigns that we support as follows:   

Capital Campaign Feasibility and Planning Studies
Religious communities may view a capital campaign as the answer to its many needs and prayers.  While this can be true, Partners in Mission knows that a successful, transformative capital campaign begins with a strategically developed and professionally implemented Feasibility and Planning Study.  Through a series of personal, candid and confidential interviews, focus groups and survey work along with a thorough assessment of your advancement program readiness for a capital campaign, we help you develop and test your Case for Support, determine the level of philanthropic support over a specific period of time likely to be forthcoming from those most likely to support you.  Assuming positive results, the study includes a detailed strategic plan to prepare for and implement a capital campaign.   

Capital Campaign Counsel and Management
Raising millions of dollars in a capital campaign for your religious community does not happen automatically.  Partners in Mission provides the experience and expertise to:  professionally plan your campaign; prepare and organize the myriad of details required for success; implement prospect research, cultivation and solicitation strategies, moves management systems and procedures; help produce print and electronic communication messages; provide training for your leadership and key volunteers and work with you your staff to coordinate and effectively carry out the demands of a successful capital campaign.  Just as you depend upon strong relationships between your leadership donors and your community for the support you need, you can depend upon Partners in Mission for the support you need in organizing, implementing and managing your capital campaign.

Grand Annual Programs
Designed as a Major Gift Campaign to provide the resources your parish needs for major projects or equipment beyond the normal operating budget supported by the weekly offertory, the Grand Annual often means the difference in maintaining a balanced budget while taking care of needed repairs, capital projects or equipment.  Partners in Mission, applying proven major gift program strategies, works with you to create a strong strategic plan,  set appropriate goals, develop clear, concise and compelling messages to communicate your need, create attractive and effective marketing materials and communication strategies, train Grand Annual Campaign volunteers to secure the primary, leadership gifts, implement systems and procedures for managing your grand annual and producing the reports and recognition that will help assure success for next year as well.  

Parish Offertory Programs
Sharing our gifts in support of fellow parishioners at Mass as we remember how Christ gave His life for us provides the most predictable source of revenue for carrying out the many ministries of parishes today.  Partners in Mission recognize, as do Pastors and Parish Councils everywhere, that various forces are impacting the former strength of offertory collections.  We also recognize that effectively growing the parish offertory depends on a variety of factors that may vary from parish to parish.  Rather than applying a stock program, Partners in Mission works with the Pastor and Parish Leaders to discover the underlying attitudes and behaviors of your parishioners.  With that understanding as the backdrop, we are able to help you design and develop a faith-based Parish Offertory Program that helps your parishioners understand their own responsibility to share their God-given gifts with others out of respect for the life-giving sacrifice Christ made for each of us.        

Parish Stewardship Programs
Different than the offertory, the Parish Stewardship Program is based in the Gospel message and call to the Christian life as expressed through participation in the various ministries at your parish.  Partners in Mission, applying proven research techniques, helps your parish assess the ministry needs of your parishioners both as providers and recipients of the ministry services offered.  As a result, we help you design, develop, offer and communicate the right mix of ministries to secure optimum parishioner participation.   With a strong Parish Stewardship program in place your Parish in general and Parish Ministries more specifically will experience new as found through the Christian way of life.
