In this webinar, Senior Partner Lincoln Snyder will discuss why it’s critical for the school board to affirm the why – whom the school serves, to what benefit, and at what cost – before determining the how. Lincoln will also talk about the roles of governors and managers in strategic planning and offer some tools for starting a discussion at the school or network level.
