Elementary School Virtual Cohort

This NEW program is designed for elementary schools who enjoy webinar-style learning in a group environment.  The program will include one 90-minute webinar per month for six months, focusing on timely topics regarding recruitment, retention, and marketing.  The webinars will be presented by expert members of the Partners in Mission team who will share best practices, along with templates, samples and practical “how-to” instruction.  Monthly individual check-ins will be conducted between webinars.  If you are looking for quick, practical, “implement it today” training, this is for you!

Strategic Coaching

Born from the need for immediate consulting help through the early days of the pandemic, the Strategic Coaching program quickly became a great solution for school leaders.  This program includes two hours/month of virtual coaching tailored to your school’s particular needs.  You’ll be matched with the Partner who is most qualified to address the issues you face to help develop strategies and solutions that work.

Elementary School Partnership

The Elementary School Partnership (ESP) was developed specifically with the unique needs of elementary schools in mind.  This comprehensive program begins with in-depth discussions, the development of recommendations based on identified needs, and guided implementation of resulting strategies specific to your school.  Services are delivered by Partners with significant elementary school experience and meeting time can be tailored to your preferences  (one full day on-site per quarter, half day monthly on-site or virtual visits, or weekly one hour virtual meetings).
